STEP 1- MOW SHORT AND BAG

TIME WINDOW :  3 DAYS AFTER LAST CUT 
  •  AN EXTRA MOW SERVICE TO YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED LAWN CUT
  •  MOW AND BLOW ONLY, NO WEEDEATING 
  • THE SAFE WAY TO CUT THE LAWN SHORT
  • REMOVES DEBRIS OFF LAWN TO MAKE WAY FOR SEED, FERTILIZER, WATER, AND AIR.

STEP 2 - DETHATCHING

TIME WINDOW :  

AFTER LAWN HAS BEEN CUT SHORT 

  •  Metal tines raked across the surface of your lawn
  •  Removes dead grasses and thatch Leaves healthy rooted grasses to grow unharmed
  •  Increases air, water, fertilizer and seed to come into better contact with your topsoil.

STEP 3 - AERATION

TIME WINDOW :  

AFTER DETHATCH 

  • A machine removes plugs of soil from the ground. 

  • The cores allow water, air, and fertilizer to penetrate to the root layer
  •  Cores de-compact the lawn allowing roots to grow deep and strong.

STEP 4 -  OVER SEEDING

TIME WINDOW :  AFTER PERP SERVICES 

  • Weak , tired turf needs a 1x per year rejuvenation.

  • Keeps grass looking fresh and healthy
  • 2 grades of seed 
  • JACKLIN - STANDARD AAA TALL FESCUE 
  • WINNING COLORS - PREMIUM AAA TALL FESCUE 
  •   100% certified pure seed, darker greener color, higher germination rates.  It is specifically blended for the middle Tennessee climate.

*These advertised prices are for our general services areas.  If your project is further than 8 miles from the P.O. for 37204, a $10 per mile surcharge may apply.   

 Any areas that are on hills, or inaccessible to our equipment may cost more as they have to be done with smaller equipment.

That extra time will be billed at $58 / hr. 

*All subsequent watering is the responsibility of the home owner.

*Low cost / Mock Irrigation packages available upon request.
