You become the foreman, you are in complete control to see the project is completed the way you want it completed

Ultimate price is fixed barring additional work added by the customer
Estimates for this type of service have design fees of $68 / hr
Design Feees are approx. 10% of the project (labor + materials)
$1000 project = $100 design fee
Plant materials are sold with a 30% mark up from cost
$1000 in plant cost = $1300 in plant sale + sales tax 9.25%= $1421
***All design fees will be billed and due if a project is cancelled after accepting the estimate***
We do not offer refunds for any completed work.
We only offer a return to repair work guarantee.
ALL BILLS THAT HAVE NOT HAD PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS PRE NEGOTIATED
AND APPROVED WILL BEGIN TO INCUR LATE FEES IF NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS
AFTER COMPLETION OF SERVICES. THE LATE FEE IS A MIN OF $5 OR 15% PER MONTH,
WHICH EVER IS GREATER FOR EVERY MONTH THERE AFTER.
DEBTS OVER $50 , AND 60 DAYS WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS.
