- Recurring services that mulch mow the leaves in the lawn every 7,10, or 14 days

- Upgraded recurring services that focus on mulch mowing the lawn leaves plus adds additional detail as desired.
- Silver #1 - Adds Blowing out of the beds for extended clean up
- Silver #2 - Adds Vacuum service after the mulch mow for heavy accumulation
- Silver #3 - Adds both Blowing + Vacuuming for extended clean up and accumulated leaves
- Necessary when you start the season late and have leaf accumulation
- Includes dump fees where applicable ( unless onsite dump available )
- Includes blow out of the HARD surfaces ( driveway, walkways, and patios only)
- Does NOT INCLUDE blow out the foundation lines, fence lines, brushlines ( Mini Gold does ! )
3) MINI GOLD + GOLD SERVICE ( 1-2 services per season )
-End of the season service that mulch mows the leaves and then vacuums the left over debris
- Has large dump fees ( unless onsite dump available )
- Packaged with a BLOW OUT FULL that blows out the HARD surfaces ( driveway, walkways, and patios only)
- AND DOES blow out the SOFT surfaces as well (flower beds, tree rings, foundation lines, and fence lines)
4) PLATINUM ALL VAC ( 1-2 services per season )
-End of the season PREMIUM service that ONLY vacuum mows the leaves and all left over debris for an immaculate leaf free finish.
- Has very large dump fees ( unless onsite dump available )
- Packaged with a BLOW OUT FULL that blows out the HARD surfaces ( driveway, walkways, and patios only)

5) CURB SIDE ( NEVER RECOMMENED !!!! )

The estimates we provide are only estimates.
They are in no way a set price or a guaranteed price.
We charge $96 for the 1st man hour per tech
And then $58 for each additional hour
Plus dump fees
Most other companies do not posts their leaf removal prices online because it is a difficult task.
We post our price estimates as a courtesy to our customers so that they can have a very good
idea of what the various services we offer may cost them.
There is no way to know exactly how long it will take to perform a service until
the service is completed.
The estimates are usually very accurate.
But like most estimates, there could be overages in cost, but also
could cost less.
In the fall it is often wet, and depending on how wet, this will change the service times,
as it takes longer to remove wet leaves.
We cannot delay your scheduled service because it rained the day before.
If it is not raining on your service day your service will continue as scheduled.
There will be no automatic delay of your service.
If a customer wants to delay their service in our que after they have paid their
deposit, it is their responsibility to email or call in this request.
If they do not do so with a 24 - 48 hour advance notice, there will be a $50 fee
to reschedule for this delay in service date.
When crews are scheduled to come in to work, we will not send our staff home
becuase a customer request we wait and did not give prior notice.
We all rely on orgnaized work and sometimes the conditions will not be ideal.
These are some of the challenges of outdoor work in the rainy fall period.
As a courtesy to our clients when there are wet weather overages, we will discount the overages by 25% - 50%
and in an effort to arrive at a price solution that is fair
for all and much closer to the original estimate.
